Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sharppebble.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and must be arranged and paid directly with the carrier of their choice.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
